Unlike my mirrors these carpets come from one family that I have been buying off for years. I have bought Pakistan and Indian …and still may buy some but generally the best value I get is the Persian. Most of these would be about 40 to 50 years old and took months to make. These type of carpets will get rare as the young are not making the carpets like the older people. Most now are made for western use and done in factory like conditions following set patterns supplied by the factory owner not handed down like the old way.
