Anyone who frequents my two shops will know that I have been asked to leave Capel street shop twice already to make way for a tenant that will pay more rent. Both times the deal seems to have fallen through and I was allowed to stay. Being asked to leave for this reason was no surprise to me as I was only meant to be here temporarily. Capel street is still a temporary arrangement and I have decided that I can no longer run the business that way. Georges st will close first and Capel street in around November.
